  • I'm very happy with my fiance's decision to purchase my engagement ring at Shane Co. He was trying to avoid any cheesy mall chains and through recommendations from his father gave Shane a chance. I absolutely adore my ring that he gave me last June. My ring is white gold and I don't have the same problem that another Yelper did of consistently having to clean it. Since June I've only professionally cleaned it once or twice and it still looks beautiful. Today was the day we had to buy my fiance's ring. Since Shane had such friendly service and doesn't work on commission we decided to make another purchase. I almost bought his ring at Jared's (which also has good customer service) but I found an identical Cobalt ring at the same price at Shane. We purchased my wedding band today as well and Marianne was great in being patient with us as we tried on numerous bands. I can't stress it enough, this is a no-pressure zone. Cleanings are free for life and yes it is a little out of the way but I have to say, Shane is worth it.
