  • Last year I had a wonderful experience at the T & C in the Crystals Shopping Center and my most recent experience confirmed my original 5 star review. I was hoping Richard Zhao was working so I could ask for him and use his expert advise on what to buy for my girlfriend this year. I didn't expect to get much attention at the shop because I decided to ride my motorcycle for the ease of parking and I was dressed like a bum with a helmet in my hand. To my surprise Richard not only recognized me, he remembered my name! I feel like Richard has an expert understanding of his current inventory, what's trending, and what his customers are looking for. I'm not very good at finding the perfect gift when I'm window shopping at Tiffany's, but Richard always seems to have the patience and understanding to guide me in the right direction.
