  • This Ikea has the rudest management I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. They falsely advertise (FYI: false advertisement is illegal in Canada) that they have 2 Level Two electric vehicle charging stations, but one has been out of service for over 5 months. Multiple emails and contact attempts went unanswered. Finally got in touch with their customer service manager (a funny title, as this individual didn't know what customer service was) who rudely dismissed my complaint, sending me a generic form reply not addressing my request for information, then ignored multiple follow up emails. Unfortunately I guess I'll contact advertising standards canada regarding their false advertisement. Shame on Ikea for their climate change denialism.
