Muru Crepe was just the light lunch I needed to keep me going during a busy day of sightseeing in Montreal.
Upon arrival, we were shown to our small table and left to peruse the menus. I initially thought about ordering a sweet crepe, but instead went for the chili crepe (it came with fries). I was blown away by the french fries, which had that thick flour batter that makes you want to gobble up every one in sight. The thin crepe was delicious, while a little heavy on the jalapenos for me (and I like spicy food), but after picking out a few of the peppers, I devoured the whole thing. If I came back, I would probably go for a more traditional crepe, as I stared in envy at Jared's plate for most of the meal (he went with a sweet banana crepe).
Once you are done eating, you can pay at the front counter before continuing on your way. This spot is super cute and perfect for breakfast or lunch before seeing the rest of the Old Port.
