  • After a horrible experience at a DIFFERENT car dealership earlier in the week, I went to Tempe Chrysler Dodge to the Kia dealership. I ended up over at the Chrysler side expecting the same stressful car buying experience. From the second I walked into the door, I felt calm, NOT pressured and everyone was patient and kind, especially when I was apprehensive about getting into a higher car payment. Since I was upside down in my current loan and had not so great credit, I was not confident they could get me where I needed to be, but they did. At that point, I chickened out, and went home. After I left, not once did anyone lay a guilt trip on me or pressure me to come back. They just supported my decision and said to contact them if I ever changed my mind, (which I did, 3 days later) I called them to see if the offer was still good, and they said yes and that they would do the prelim paperwork and it would be ready when I got there. I ended up with a brand new Jeep Patriot! Its a beautiful car with an affordable payment and I couldn't be happier! PS I live in Tempe, not Henderson, NV
