  • This place is a joke. I called to ask how long the wait would be and I was told that currently it was 30 minutes however it could change since it was first come first serve. When we arrived they said that there was two cars and a half cars ahead of me and that it would be about 30 to 40 minutes. I agreed and my niece and I headed across the street to eat. We were gone for about an hour when we walk across the street. The car was moved to the other bay and was at the 'enterance'. I was told that they had not worked on it. When I asked them why, the guy rudely said, there is only three employees working. I completely understand however when I asked why there was TWO new cars ahead of mine, he said he got confused on who arrived first. Keep in mind, when I arrived, they had a car in each of the bays and another car at the enterance of one of the bays and mine on the other. When I came back, they moved my car to the enterance of the other bay and had two other cars in the bays. DON'T GO HERE, GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE JIFFY LUBE ON 67TH AND BELL. THESE GUYS ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE.
