| - I cannot say enough good about Broadstone Fashion Center in Chandler AZ, granted I have not lived here very long, it has been amazing. My partner and I where looking for a place close to his work and this community was just opening and still under construction, we stopped in and met with Margaret, we viewed a couple units and she made sure to ask us all the important questions to ensure we where going to find what we needed in a home. But she also made sure to get to know us more so then most leasing agents do. We absolutely loved the units, the pool, gym clubhouse, all amazing in function and design. We left without making a decision that day but Margaret and the property stayed on our minds.So we came back and viewed it again, and decided 24 hours later we wanted to live there. Now the deposit was very low in my opinion, the rent was more then I wanted to pay, keep in mind that is my personal opinion of what I wanted to spend every month. The rent is fair market value, plus we received the highest concession I have ever received from a community. The value you receive for your money is totally worth the cost, when we decided to sign a lease here I called and the only reason I was willing to pay the amount over my personal budget was because of Margaret and the amenities you receive.Margaret has to be one of the most honest, sweet genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and she handled every question, request, anything I threw at her with professionalism, promptness and friendliness. She is amazing. So we put the application in and the deposit to hold the unit and we received an answer very fast. Now since we have moved in everyone in the office is great Leah I believe is the business manager she is awesome, she is one of those women who can be very intimidating but she is so nice but at the same time you know she can hold her own. I was having an issue with broadband holdings the company that does the direct tv install for the community and Leah called them on my behalf and took care of it same day, what other community would do that for you. I have never lived in one that would. Again Broadstone fashion center is amazing because of the people and customer service principles they have in place. Also Gina she's great she called me one day because I received a package and she said let me know when you are home and I bring that up to you. WHAT, REALLY no apartment complex ever has that level of customer service, I know that may not seem like much but it is. All of the managers and leasing agents have amazing customer service, speaking, and people skills, if they do not know the answer to something they get it for you, quickly. This is a no smoking property which I did not like at first being a smoker but I am actually reducing the amount I smoke which is a good thing. Again the amenities and customer service you receive living here makes the fair market value of the rent so worth it and more. If you are looking for an apartment in south chandler you would be crazy to go anywhere else. So the inside of the units have amazing flooring, gas cook top, all upgraded stainless steal appliances, the master walk in shower is amazing double vanities, huge huge huge walk-in closets, spacious bedrooms and living space, front load washer and dryers. You cant beat it. This is a luxury community and it shows with how Leah, Margaret, Gina, Lisette, Marielle, treat the tenants in every interaction. I have lived here for a few months now and they just keep getting better.
