| - I can't say enough about Alex, Miguel, and Ernesto. My 2004 Maxima needed the timing chain guides replaced (a common problem with 6th generation Maximas). This is no ordinary fix. It requires several hours of professional mechanical attention. I'm not a mechanic but the research I did online gave me an idea of how much work it takes to get the job done right and how much it costs.
They recommended that I change all the valve cover gaskets, o-rings, seals, tensioners, belts, thermostat, water pump, etc. while they're at it since they have to remove everything anyway to get to my timing chain. My car is 13 years old and I knew that these parts would need to be replaced eventually.
I never sensed anything but sincerity and honesty from these guys. They let u know what's wrong, they tell you your options, they recommend solutions, and they let you decide. You never feel pressured to pay for more than you should. I will be bringing my car here for any service/maintenance from now on guaranteed.
