  • This place is amazing! First off, the women working in the store today were nothing short of fantastic. They were extremely kind and welcoming with our boys (they weren't afraid of them touching or looking around) and their friendliness and expertise on the gems and minerals made our boys even more excited and interested in what they were seeing. Next, the place is really cool, it is big, bright and open, and a perfect complement to the aquarium. There are really pretty and unique items at all price points, including higher end fine jewelry from the Four Peaks amethyst mine here in AZ, to unique gifts, trinkets, kids' toys and souvenirs, as well as less expensive but pretty jewelry. Last but not least, we got a sneak peek of the kids' mining area - in the future the kids will be able to wear hard hats and explore precious gems embedded in the walls of a "mine." Needless to say, I found a few things I had to leave with today and my older son already has plans to return on his birthday. Fun, entertaining and interesting, loved it!
