| - I haven't completed my rounds of Chinatown bakeries yet, but I've been to Sunville a couple times and it is a solid, consistent spot with the typical Chinese bakery offerings. The variety is very good and includes a refrigerated section with single-serve cakes and other goodies; there is also a small heated food display. Sunville does bake goods fresh throughout the day, so they usually keep things well-stocked.
I don't think the quality is necessarily going to blow anyone away, but there's also been nothing I've tried so far that was bad. My favorites so far here are all three varieties of roll cake slices (which also come in triangle cuts), pork sung buns, coconut buns, apple pastry, and black forest cake.
Also, if they are out of an item on the shelf, there's a chance they just haven't gotten around to restocking it, so make sure to ask.
It's too bad it's in the strip mall between Valley View and Wynn (Rd). Definitely one of my least favorite parking lots in all of Vegas.
