Well, I have to give them credit for the quantity of food they give you at the given prices. Good Lord. Of the three times I've been there I legitimately am concerned that my takeaway container is going to break from the sheer weight of the food.
Having said that, the quality leaves something to be desired. I most recently got Donburi, which is supposed to be simply fried meats on top of rice and egg with maybe some vegetables mixed in. The rice and egg was fine, but the breading on the meat was so soggy it eventually made me gag trying to eat it. In fact, everything kind of seemed like it had been made first thing in the morning and thrown under a heat lamp until I made the mistake of buying it in the afternoon.
There's a few dishes that are a bit safer, I think. Generally the more simple, classic Chinese food will do you well. Otherwise you may as well go to Chang Jiang.
