  • GVPM makes it ridiculously difficult to make a payment to them. They charge a 3% service fee on credit card payments and a $2.95 fee for e checks or you fill out their stupid form and mail it to them! It is so easy and free! to send money thru Zelle now. So unnecessary! They also have sent me letters on 3 separate occasions threatening to fine me regarding broken rules but are clearly including pictures of the neighbors house! They threatened to fine me for not picking up after my dog. I don't even have a dog! These people are incompetent. Try Trestle Management. They seem to know what they are doing and charge a lot less.
