Did smith ClickList 9/2 transaction #58. I called 4 times outside and no one answered! I had to go into a busy store and search for a ClickList employee. NO ONE WOULD HELP as that's not their department. Funny how 14 items were out of stock. So now I have go travel elsewhere while I got charged $4.95 for being unsatisfied. 100% satisfaction guaranteed?? NOT TRUE!! I'm not happy and was taken advantage of. George (man who helped me) was nice but I told him I had to go elsewhere and would would been nice to know to look elsewhere for my groceries as they are all out of stock. Overall a complete mess. Never Again!
