  • 1st time - LAST TIME. Wow Wow Wow, have you ever been fee raped to the point you were in shock? So I go up to the check in line to see about having the TSA Precheck added to my ticket and they do not offer it. Then they advise me that I'll have to pay for my carry on. OK What?? I explain that this is my first time flying on this airline and had not noticed that detail. The lady tells me flat faced that it's all on the website. OK so that's my bad for not reading the details when I checked in. Now that I need to pay for my bag however, the fee is increased since I did not do it before online. Flight Ticket cost $39, bag cost $55. WTF??? How does the bag cost more than the ticket?? Seriously, can I talk to a manager or something? He's not in. Not even a sorry. Can't and won't reduce the bag charge to the pre checkin rate, which is still a load of bs, for a first time flyer. Jeez you'll still get a bag charge a-holes. Way to welcome a new guest. and I thought United was bad. Can I give a negative Yelp star? NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN! F THESE GUYS.
