I spoke with the office person and she explained there was a misunderstanding and my appointment was rescheduled ***
I would really love to give a good review for this company. I researched their previous reviews before purchasing the Groupon, and they seemed like an upstanding dependable business. We are new(er) homeowners and were looking for a good company to go to for regular mainenance. I called and left a voicemail to get scheduled, since I knew I had a couple of weekdays off that week. I was hoping to get scheduled on one of those days. But my timing wasn't good, and their schedule was full for those days. So I spoke with the office person and explained that my husband and I both work Monday to Friday so I needed to know what their availability looked like to do evening or weekend. She said they may be able to get someone out Sunday between 1 and 4 pm, But needed to confirm with the technician first. She put me on a brief hold and then came back on the line and said they could do this Sunday. She explained that the office is not open over the weekend so I would need to stay by my phone as the technician would call me before coming, and if I don't answer he will consider it a no show, and will have to re-schedule the appointment. I felt that is reasonable and said I would be sure to have my phone on me to accept his call. Come Sunday both my husband and I waited by the phone anxious to not miss the call, but it never came. I understand that Sunday service is not usual practice for most businesses, so it is possible that the schedule was confused. I called and left a voicemail with the office, and hopefully they will call me back on Monday to resolve. Hoping I can still have a better experience upon which I will update my review accordingly.
