  • I was there today around noon looking for new pair of shoes as I wore mine into the ground! They had a lot of new styles to choose from. The store had about six customers at the time. There were two young men working there helping customers. These guys were friendly and helpful and besides taking care of all of us customers, they were working on the stock. I went down every single aisle and was having a bit of a time trying to find a pair that fit well. One of the men went out of his way to go and find a foot sizer to help me so that I might be able to find the right size. This was a great idea except that depending on the style of shoe, they fit me differently. A while later the other man came over and asked if I was doing all right and then went to see if they had a certain size for me in the back. Well they had a wonderful assortment of shoes, this is just one of those times where they didn't have my size in the shoes I wanted. The man called another store and had them verify that they did have the shoes and have them held for me and I went and picked them up. This review is for the customer service I received at the store. (There was a young girl working there and while both men were busy running the register, she was just standing there so maybe she was being trained and then she was asking for the bathroom key so these guys were on their own when it came to helping customers. Even though I didn't buy any shoes from them today, these guys went out of their way to make sure that I had a great shopping experience and was able to get a pair of sketchers today at another store. In fact I got two since it's buy one get one 50% off.
