The location and overall get 4 stars but subtract 2 due to Paul at the front desk. I understand how it all works as far as payment up front and getting 20% back at checkout. The money is not the issue. What is the issue is how Paul handled things. Rather than try and help me out, considering I had already moved everything in, he took the route of being rude and very un-empathetic. Could I have paid the fees needed and been happy? Yes. But I am not one of those that is short on options. I didn't HAVE to stay there, so I chose to take my money elsewhere.
