  • I purchased a groupon for a full set and a fill. This was the first time I had gotten a set without tips and although it did look nicer, I wasn't able to get them as long as I had wanted. The finished manicure was beautiful though, so I disregarded that. However, the lady that did my manicure came off as fairly rude. I thought it had just been me, but as my mom and I were leaving she mentioned that she thought so as well. On the other hand, the lady that did my pedicure was wonderful, very friendly and did a great job. I planned on going back for my fill despite those minor negatives, but within a few days three of the acrylic nails cracked and within a week two broke off so I took them off. When they texted me to ask if I wanted an appointment for my fill, I told them what happened and all I got in response was an "ok." No apology or attempt to make the experience better. Very disappointed.
