  • If I could leave negative stars I would. Had them come to my door to sale me their security system. The salesmen were nice and convincing, however, what was provided for information was not truth, which we found out after we signed up. Not only were we promised first 2 months free, which we have yet to see, the salesman has sent us on a wild goose chase for the last 3 months. Also, the installer was not reliable, they had to come back to our home 3 different times to install what was promised. The installer would make appointments to come complete the installation and not show up or call, this happened twice. We asked that they give us someone else who was more reliable, which they did. Then, as we tried to hunt down our first two months free check, we made calls to customer service who were less than helpful and told us they knew nothing about the 2 months free and we would have to work that out with the salesmen,which is what we tried to do, it was at that time we asked to cancel our service, we were informed that it would be over $1000.00 to cancel. When we signed up,the salesman told us you can cancel at anytime, just return all our equipment and there would be no charge...not so per customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and be wary of anyone that solicits your business by going door to door. This should be a given, but something I failed to do...get everything the salesman promises you in writing, even cancellation process, have them show you in their pamphlets, the process to see that it matches what they are telling you. Unfortunately, I'm stuck for the next 3 yrs.
