I give SERVICE 5 STARS and SALES 1 STAR. I definitely prefer the service department over the sales department. I bought my car here in Sept 2012 and get 3 free service appointments.
SALES: I really liked the Sonic and purchased it but sadly it was VERY late in the day so it was dark outside when I drove home. So I felt like my representative was rushing and skipped over stuff. I was given 1 key and was told he would find the 2nd one first thing the next AM and call me. He never did. I was already back there getting my windows tinted a few days later, so he looked for it then and could not find it. My car had to get re-keyed.
The very next day after purchasing I had to fill up my tires with air as they did not check the tire pressure and it was LOW. Weeks later the light above the backseat came out and I had to pop it back in. I also noticed the steering wheel had to be pressed down and clicked into place. I was told I would get a survey in the mail about my experience but never did. If I could do it all over again I would purchase during the DAY.
I previously had bought from Toyota and then have a clear checklist of everything to go over in the car and to discuss with me. I left Toyota feeling comfortable and like my car was in perfect condition. I wish Chevrolet had this, and if they do not the sales reps need to stick to it.
SERVICE: Booking online is a challenge as it does not let you choose what you want done with your car (oil change, etc.). So I just call. I get a representative immediately and can usually get in the very next day. Oil change takes about 1 hr. The service department is clean. I am greeted immediately and offered a water bottle. Everyone was nice and the checkout process was simple. They even washed my car for me free of charge!!! I take good care of my car so I never have to worry about other problems I just go in for routine maintenance.
I give SERVICE 5 STARS and SALES 1 STAR.
