  • I only go here because it's across the street from where I live. Every time I go it's a huge disappointment. The staff are slow and the lady at the register has no idea what she's doing. One of the guys making coffee one day kept socializing making everyone wait for their coffee so he could flirt with other guys. I got charged for a triple shot when I only asked for an extra. Check your receipt!! Go somewhere else. I went here today because I was meeting someone for coffee. I should have known better! Once again, they screwed it up. The black girl at the register has no personality and didn't even say hello. Finally, she said what can I get you? I was very specific about being allergic to dairy. She still asked if I wanted whip cream. Really?! I ordered my coffee with coconut milk and payed extra for it because apparently Starbucks is too cheap just to substitute. I got extremely sick after drinking it because they used dairy instead of coconut. I threw up, got a migraine, got very weak, suffered bathroom issues and almost had to pull over to throw up again. I'm at work still feeling the allergic reaction I got from the coffee that happens with dairy!! The girl apparently felt the need to be mean because I asked for no dairy and coconut milk. I was polite too. She needs to be fired and I'm complaining to the BBB because of them! Allergies are real and not taking it seriously is a lawsuit. Do not go here!!!
