  • This restaurant is the reason that I want to go back to Las Vegas. I discovered this gem while staying at The Palms a few years ago and have come back during every stay. I've eaten in some of the best sushi restaurants in New York and this place takes them on nearly every level. The staff is amazing. The prices are great. The food is outstanding. This is what, in my mind, a sushi restaurant should be. Pro-Tip: They have an all you can eat lunch special. I forget the price, but it's worth it.
