As a long time customer I was disappointed in the manner that the manager of the grooming salon handled a matter involving a express fee service charge. When I made the booking for my 2 dogs, I was told about their new policy with regards to pugs or other small breeds that you must pick them up immediately when they're done Since my other dog is a Shitzpoo, The attendant suggested that I use the express service on her but did not advise me of the extra service fee. I only wanted to bring this to her attention so that another customer would not be surprised of the additional charge. I even ask the booking agent if there would be a reduction in the amount of grooming and she stated no so I said yes to the express service. Both of my dogs were ready at the same time upon pickup. The manager didn't seem to believe me but did State she would talk to her and then said she talked to her this morning which was bizarre. The manager needs a brush up course on customer interaction and communications.
