  • Took my dog and cat here for their annuals and will never take them back. I have a 90 lb shepherd who loves people. Not only did they try to lift him off the ground with a mechanical table which he jumped off and could of broke his legs. They were so scared of him, which in turn made him nervous. If you are a vet you shouldn't be scared of an animal who shows no aggression. The worst was with my cat who already gets anxious in a vet's office. The nurse did NOT know how to handle a cat, they took her in the back and the entire time she was moaning and wailing. I finally called back to have them stop whatever they were doing to her. She was so out of shape she hid for a couple days. I have seen her take shots before just fine, what the hell where you doing to my cat. NEVER AGAIN!
