  • I manage a coffee shop in Scottsdale. Our front door lock would not latch properly. I called Lockaid USA based on their online reviews. The technician was very polite & helpful over the phone. He was at my store less than 40 minutes later. He repaired the door in no time. We decided to have him change out the back door lock as we no longer had a key for it. Now not only are both locks working - they use the same key I already had! I didn't even have to get new keys made.
