  • Me and my husband recently purchased our home, the day we were moving in a sales rep came to us with this great offer, everything seemed good. We were going to make the switch from ADT. The Sales rep stated we just need to sign the agreement and they would take care of our cancellation and schedule the installation. Well two days passed I kept calling the sales rep and he would return my calls, I even called the office and I believe her name was Denise stated she would figure out what was happening and call back. To do this day I never heard back. I'm upset because why paint a pretty picture and then not deliver it. Glad I stayed with ADT.
