I live very close to Mi Peru Restaurant, so it was very convenient for us to have peruvian food there, but this place is not for Peruvians, is for people that don't know our food. We, as Peruvians that know our food, are picky and expect traditional food .
Last time I was very disappointed, because the "causa de camarones" (shrimp causa) got smaller and had less shrimp that my previous visit and on top of that, the price got higher. They put peas on the causa and that has to add quantity to the plate, because causa doesn't come with peas.
The fish cebiche was made with tilapia and the pieces of fish were thin like for "tiradito" instead of chunks for "cebiche". I told my server that $20 for a tilapia cebiche should be a felony. I am not going back to My Peru.
