Rob and his team take several attempts to do initial installation correctly. Had 4 attempts and adjustments. Within a few months hardware they use starts to break. Trying to get repairs is challenging and when you request service it takes a week for call back and then only after two requests to owner - excuses, excuses. Staff and owner are rude and insulting - of course after you have paid the bill. Week for call back - potentially a week to get someone out to fix it... photo is what we get to look at in our closet while we wait to get doors reattached... hopefully they can fix this door correctly and permanently (second occurrence of issue on this door since installation)
