We had them do our granite in the kitchen. They do not stand behind their product. They advertise one year warranty however, in the state of Nevada every contractor must give you a one year warranty so they are not doing customers any favors. Our granite cracked near the sink and they would not do anything to fix it. We had to call the Better Business Bureau and get them involved in order to make Granite M.D. come out. They then put some sealant in the cracks, but it cracked again quickly. Upon investigation, we found that they used a substandard underlayment (possibly the one that came with the house) and cheap sealant. Water seeped in and warped the underlayment. The underlayment had no waterproofing. The granite is still cracked and peeling. When we called them about this problem originally we had the same experience as another reviewer. The woman said they will not fix it and hung up on us. That's when we had to get the Better Business Bureau involved. A good reputable company would have replaced their faulty installation. I do not recommend using A Granite M.D.
