  • A friend of mine lost her dog while here visiting family a few months ago. This friend has spent countless hours driving back and forth from CA, and drained her savings account in the hopes of being reunited with her sweet dog. Recently, she entered an agreement with Arizona Flyer Service for them to distribute flyers, as she cannot afford to take any more time off work to travel here. Upon checking with people who live in those locations where the flyers were supposed to be distributed, it became painfully apparent this company never distributed the flyers. Now all my friend's attempts to reach the business have gone unanswered and ignored and she has lost over $500. At best, this is extremely poor customer service. At worst, these people breached their contract with my friend. It's really unfortunate that anyone would take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable position.
