My wife went there to have gel removed from her fingernails and have a regular manicure/pedicure. When she walked in she was the only person there and that was the first red flag. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and was not clean. The hot towel used on her legs burnt her because it was too hot. While doing the pedicure he cut the back of her heel by over scrubbing the soft skin as seen in the picture. When removing the clay from her legs he used the hot towel and did not thoroughly wash the clay off.
During the manicure, he did not remove the gel. When polishing the nails he used a file that repeatedly scratched the face of the nails. He then cut the side of her finger as seen in the picture. When doing the polish the brush had dried bits of polish and he could not get it to stay only on her nail but it went onto her fingers. The polish was also dirty, looked like bits of sand in it, when applied it looked bumpy and dried that way on both fingers and toes. He also cut the inside of her finger where the nail and the skin meet. They must use cheap finger nail polish since it took forever to dry and is now coming off 90 minutes later. We highly recommend that you stay away from this place.
