Good place for lunch, great service, interesting decor. Their soup base is on the heavier side but rich in flavors. The idea of customizing your own ramen is nice (although thin and thick noodles are practically the same).
I'd recommend the pork belly ramen in original soup base (go for light if you don't enjoy a heavy base). We also had the takoyaki for appetizer, and a side order of chicken Donburi.
Overall this is a slightly above average ramen place. Would go again if I was in the area.
