The experience was amazing. Watching the beautiful Las Vegas valley from 12,000 feet was breathtaking. The staff were not only professional but passionate about what they do. Kevin the pilot shared his love and career in hot air ballooning as the wind carried us. After landing, we were treated with a champagne toast and a quick history on the origin of hot air ballooning and presented with a 'First Flight Certificate' for each rider by Kevin as the chase crew packed up the balloon and equipment. For first time balloon riders like myself and my wife, be patient, flexible, and punctual. We were rescheduled multiple times due to wind conditions -- they always notified us the night before whether the flight is a go or no go. Though this didn't happen to us, from reading other reviews, other riders will affect the launch time of your flight. I was also glad that I went with Love Is In the Air Ballooning as I saw another company's hot air balloon launch right before ours with fourteen people packed in like sardines in their basket. Happy ballooning :-)
