  • This place started off great at the ER. My mom went in at 11:00 at night and they had all the tests done and she was diagnosed with pneumonia 1.5 hours later. Amazing for an ER. However, that is it. As almost everyone knows, when someone has pneumonia, they have to be sitting up more than they are laying down. The nurses were so lazy they wouldn't even help her to the bathroom. They had her go in a bed pan. The neurologist finally told them she had to sit up. The speech therapist put her on a pureed diet, I don't know if you have ever had pureed turkey or waffles, but my dog wouldn't eat it. Worse part is she never communicated with any of us to let us know why. She lost 15 pounds in 10 days. Never again.
