  • Best experience ever buying a car. The only positive experience buying a car in my 31 years of driving. I found a 2016 Ford on cars.com, called to make sure it was for real and available. Bruce answered immediately, made an appointment to come see it the next day. Drove the car, it drove flawless. Hertz actually does inspect their cars for sale, unlike other dealers claim to. Hertz doesn't douse the interior with slimy, shiny, smelly goo- like other dealers do. No haggle price up front,no bait and switch tactics. Also no phony add-ons for wax and some worthless alarm. Received fair price for my trade in one try, first time in my life! In and out with a new car in less than an hour and a half. If we ever need another car, I am going back.
