rev:text	Horrible experience!! DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE! Spent 400.00$ which was not the quoted price when I booked to begin with-and got attitude about it- so not off to a good start-felt like all they wanted was my money at the front desk when I came in. I got a massage and facial and both were very disappointing. The massage therapist was very nice, very professional but the massage itself was not very good, there was a lot of getting towels and creams and oils instead of massaging which not only was disrupting while the massage was going on but also taking time away from the actual massage itself- I felt like I was lucky if I got about a half hour TOPS of actual massage. After that I got a facial that I could have done myself-I paid for a skin specific facial which was supposed to be a lift facial and was given a basic facial-mind you this was booked 3 weeks in advance, I would think at some point they would have written down what was requested and passed it along to their therapists, when asked why I didn't want extractions I explained that I had very sensitive skin and my capillaries break easily and she made me feel a bit uncomfortable about not wanting them-I used the steam room briefly and shower after that and they were ok but nothing to write home about-I heard that the aria was the place to book for a great spa experience and of course-didn't I hear from a young lady the next day that she had a 90 minute massage for 180.00$ and full use of their amenities and she said it was fantastic-Amazing!!! That's where I will be going next time.
