  • I had a 5-star experience at the Chanel store inside the Bellagio! I was greeted immediately as I walked in and was helped by Sasha. In addition to handbags and accessories, they also sell jewelry, cosmetics, sunglasses, and clothing at this location. When it comes to handbags, the Chanel stores in Vegas always seems to have the latest and greatest and this location didn't disappoint! I was looking for a WOC and Sasha showed me all of the styles that they had available. When I decided on the one I wanted, she happily grabbed a new one in the back for me and brought back a water. Sasha was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and I appreciated her sales service throughout my experience. After my purchase, I received a customer service experience via email. I always think those are beneficial, especially for stores that sell luxury goods, so they can continually improve themselves if needed.
