  • God forbid a cashier won't ring up or return an item unless it belongs to their section, are you serious? That's petty customer service. Literally no one across from me at a register because I have to wait in line in another department. Petty petty. No wonder your sales are down and closing stores, I wouldn't shop Macy's just because of this inconvenience
