  • I recently moved and had to purchase all new bedroom furniture, I purchased a platinum queen size bedroom suite for my room and two of my items were on back order the chest and the night stand, so they delivered my headboard and bedrails , also my dresser and mirror on November 26th and my bedrails were scratched so they were lazy and didn't want to put my bedrails together and told me to call to customer service and tell them my bedrails were delivered scratched and I want new ones, so okay I called and they were to bring them on December 3rd when they delivered my chest, and guess what on that Saturday they brought the wrong bed rails they brought it for my daughter's set a full bed platinum bedroom and they delivered my chest and didn't want to put the handles on, plus my chest was worn on the edges and corners and had black marks on the drawers. After speaking with customer service I found out my bedrails are on back order to December 30th and I refused to not have my bed set up before Christmas when they should have set it up anyway until my new bedrails came in. On top of all of this I noticed my mirror was scratched on the frame, on my headboard the metal part paint was scrapped off we just noticed today there is a big chunk of wood taken out of one of the legs of her bed. So all of my bedroom furniture was messed up and some of my daughter's furniture as well, they want to send a technician but I refused. I purchased new furniture and that is what I expect. They also give you the run around. I had to call five times and still am not satisfied as a customer that spent around $3,000 and don't try to get your money back because they say you can't and they don't think of the inconvenience of having to move everything around in your home moving clothing and items out of the drawers, being home every Saturday if you work late hours during the week they say they don't deliver past 6:30 or 6:00 pm and they don't deliver on Sunday's so me being a busy single mom that works full time Monday thru Friday and a part time job sometimes in the evening and every other weekend this is a huge inconvenience!!! This is unacceptable you don't treat your customers like that. This is my first and last time purchasing from Bob's Furniture.
