  • Customer service from the waitresses on the floor was pathetic. I sat at a table only to see all three waitresses walk right past me by multiple times and after serving every table around me. Eventually, I moved to a table that was right in the path of a waitress and she finally, grudgingly asked me what I needed. She was also very curt and rude compared with other customers, so I'm not sure what the problem was. Drinks are also ridiculously overpriced. The actual bartenders are great, so I recommend sitting at the bar if you'd like friendly, prompt service. And it does offer a nice view of the casino floor and a good, relaxing ambience. But the terrible service from the floor waitresses, combined with the prices, really turned me off to this place.
