  • Terrible! Whatever you do, DO NOT book them. First and foremost i contacted them to book services and i got an email saying I needed a retainer asap to book them on my wedding date because "it was filling up fast" I had a trial run, showed up at the studio and they claimed that my trial run was for the next day (I have in Facebook messenger it was for that day.. LIARS) and that Jamie (the owner) had broke her foot. I am human so i gave her the benefit of the doubt. I am super close to my mom and i wanted her to be at my trial run. So that was one day she took off. On our way home I was messaging with Jamie. We decided to schedule for the following week so my mom could once again schedule off of work. The day before comes and I email the Powder Room. Get a response back a few hours later saying Jamie took a last minute job in Chicago. If i hadn't emailed I would have shown up to an empty studio. ONCE AGAIN. They didn't even attempt to contact me about this "last minuet job". That was another day my mom took off work for literally no reason. I emailed her and said how I was displeased with this scheduling conflict once again. Jamie got defensive and said the only thing she can offer me is a free trial run for my mom.. I told Jamie that thanks to you my mom cant take off anymore work. I canceled my services and asked for a refund. I have yet to hear back. I will update if I ever do I left this same review on Weddingwire.com they disputed it. Not surprised
