rev:text	Bought a new washer, but it could not be hooked up because the old line was corroded onto to water source. Chose Pure Plumbing because of the 5 star rating on Yelp. PEREFT CHOICE. From the lady who answered the phone to Joe, the technician, they were great. I placed my call on Tuesday, late afternoon, but since it was not urgent couldn't get anyone until Thursday. They gave me a 2 hr window, 10 - 12. At about 9:55 I gotta call telling me it would most likely be closer to the second half of the window befor the tech would arrive. At 10:30 I got the call that he was one the way. I love how they kept me informed, no guessing. Joe arrived shortly after, took a look and explained exactly what had to be done. He also told me that they did not do dry wall repair. (No surprises, I like that.). Once he got the problem fixed he explained that the other side was badly corroded as well and if he fixed it now it would only be a fraction of the cost of the first. Even though it was not causing a problem, I could see that it was, and decided to go ahead with it. After finishing he hooked up my washer, tested everything, wiped up my floor and put it all back in place. The icing on the cake, I sold my dishwasher. Ever since the buyer took it out I have not had cold water in the kitchen. I ask Joe if he could check it out for me. Took him just a couple of minutes to figure out they had not turned on the cold water. (What can I say) He could have come up with a charge, if he or the company were dis-honest, and I would never have known the difference. Fortunately they were not. This is definitely my plumbing company.
