  • I purchased 5 expensive trees, $150 each. I chose not to purchase what amounts to "insurance". When you purchase foliage from most places you can return for a replacement if the item dies within a year. Two of mine died shortly after my purchase and their planting. Now I realize there was no guarantee and that I chose not to buy insurance, but I think the lack of a free guarantee is a lousy policy and I will not buy anything there again.
