  • This place stands out as one of the best fish and chips places. The fish was very fresh, fried perfectly and was not oily. I ordered the halibut and asked for one regular battered and the other with Miss Vickie's extra crisp batter. In my opinion, I preferred the regular batter and would just stick to that the next time. The fries were also very good as they were crispy and not greasy. The décor is what you would expect from a fish and chips place, nothing fancy with just enough seating, and the service was very good.
