  • Customer Service was great. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I had room service for dinner and breakfast. The pasta I had for dinner was warm and the shrimp was over cooked and not very flavorful. The lighter option for the breakfast sandwich was great. I requested they add avocado. It was a lot bigger than I expected and came with fruit so I only could eat half of the sandwich. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish they had microwaves in the room, though. I also had to request additional shampoo. The shampoo line they use is very watery and doesn't go a long way.
