What is the point of making an appointment for an oil change when it takes them over 2 hours to get the oil change done!? Entirely way too long. It had been nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment time when my car still hadn't moved from the parking area.. So finally I went and asked when can I expect my car to be finished as i had an appointment over 2 hours ago.. The guy at the front desk tells me well we are waiting on an air filter we didn't have in stock.. We have to order one.. I said wait hold on.. Your waiting on a air filter? He says yes and i say "how do you even know i need one? my car has been sitting in the parking space for 2 hours untouched!? So are you assuming with out even looking that i need a new air filter?" He stutters and says he was confused and mixed up the cars or some crap and they would get my car done next. Honestly I felt like it was shady like they were just going to order one and charge me for it for no reason maybe because i am a female they think they can trick me into getting things i don't need? I don't know but About another 10 minutes pass and they finally take my car back. The oil change gets done in about another 30 mins and i look at my statement/ invoice thing and Nope no air filter needed.. Go figure. I have been a loyal Big O customer for many years. I always get my car and my husbands suv serviced with them but it seems like every time we come to this location it seems to take longer and longer for things to get done and the customer service goes down every time. Based on my last experience i don't think i will bring my car back..
