  • I am new to eye lash extensions and wasn't sure what to expect. My first stylist didn't seem very experienced. She did not explain the process to me at all or give me any recommendations as to the style of lashes that would be good for a first timer. Another stylist actually came in during my session and gave her application tips. My lashes looked fantastic when she was done and I signed up for a membership. I was told to come back in 2-3 weeks. In 2 weeks my lash extensions were completely gone. When I called the studio I received fantastic service and was offered a new stylist. Teresa the second stylist was great. She explained the process, apply a full new set of lashes in half the time, and recommended some products to help care for my lashes. Unfortunately my lashes still didn't last. When I went back in for another refill, the studio manager Sara explained that I should have had different results. They applied another full set of lashes for me. Sadly, they aren't staying. I feel that the studio has done everything they can to ensure that I am satisfied and the issue is with my eyes and not their product or stylist. I'm happy with the level of service I have received from the staff here and would definitely be a long time client if my eyes didn't reject these beautiful lashes! Thanks for all your efforts ladies.
