I stay here quite often and have yet to have had a bad experience. The rooms are more than fairly priced, always clean, I've always had friendly and very through services from any of the employees. The hotel matches its name, it is definitely serene. If you're lucky enough to have a room facing the courtyard, it's a beautiful quiet and peaceful view with a patio or balcony. I personally cannot stand the casinos so that's another Plus, and it definitely is like you're not in Vegas. I come here enough to know how much to appreciate being off the strip but close enough to everything that you would need or want to see. This hotel has been more than accommodating for me on any of my trips here I've even stayed during some recent Renovations (TEMPORARY!) and aside from a few construction noises coming from outside there's never a disturbance or anything so severe or dramatic that would warrant a bad review on Yelp. is an awesome little place and the only place I'll ever grab a room when needed. The huge bathtub in the bedroom as opposed to a tiny bathtub next a toilet in a bathroom is the ultimate Plus. And on a total disagreement to the last review the photos actually do match the rooms.
Oh and in regards to the last review maybe princess needs to get out more, because, just maybe, their lack of Casino security types who think they're the FBI is due to the fact that they don't need a whole bunch of steroid freaks walking around pretending they're FBI with a little fake Plastic badge. This is the quietest Hotel I've ever seen. And yeah while shit happens, not once have I seen anything even remotely close to the dramatization I just read. It's not brand new it's not the Waldorf but if you're not an anal retentive you will not be disappointed. It's clean safe and quiet and I will most definitely always return
