  • Dr. Palluck has been my dentist for several years. And up until today, mostly had good experiences with this office. I had a morning appointment yesterday October 2nd, but because of the tragic events that took place was required to cancel my appointment and come into work. I called the office and informed them of this. I was told by the woman who answered that I would be charged for this missed appointment. Well today is tuesday October 3rd and lucky me. When I arrived home, sure enough. I received a no show bill for $45. Our city is dealing with a tremendous crisis and I'm sure many people faced similar incidents. I cannot believe that this offices response to this was to drive home the point that they plan to charge me. So instead of spending Monday grieving for our city and the victims they were sending bills in the mail. I understand that this is a business and I have not problem with this policy on normal days, but where is your compassion? I no longer recommend this office and would encourage anyone in the Las Vegas area to search elsewhere for a dentist.
