  • It is very disappointing that the staff here are so nice when the owner, Lisa is so awful. She is very unprofessional and condescending when you do not agree to the over selling of the treatment that she recommends. She talks down to you and treats her clients and her staff very disrespectfully. Her own employees apologize for her when she walks away. They all say that she is difficult to work with and they only stay because of their loyalty to their clients and not her. After having one on one first hand experience dealing directly with her she has now lost my long term business as well as my mom and sister. We will now go elsewhere even though it won't be as convenient as being at it gym but she needs to learn how to run a customer service based business and not be rude to cash paying clients. Such a shame!
